Our story begins with a journey, one that may resonate deeply with yours. As an African-American mother raising a special needs child, I encountered waves of overwhelming challenges. Positive moments were scarce, and the path was often solitary and daunting,

but through this journey I learned about the power of community and that asking for help is a step toward healing and growth.
